Mrs. Shannon King, a first grade teacher from Clintondale Community Schools in Michigan, uses GrapeSEED to support her students with their guided reading levels. She asks students to find words in their guided reading level books, write them on post-it notes, and then circle the letter combinations they learned from GrapeSEED. During Readers Workshop time, the students post their notes under the GrapeSEED multi-letter phonogram cards hanging on the wall. She says, “This is just perfect at this time of year and really supports their guided reading levels.”

What a fun and creative way to incorporate GrapeSEED with other reading activities and lessons. And what a great way to get the students involved. Thank you, Mrs. King, and keep up the good work!
