Repeated Exposure and Practice (REP), One Reason for an App



Exposure and repetition of key English words, sounds, and phrases is imperative when learning the language. REP gives students practice outside the classroom to ensure a steady progression of learning. REP is designed to advance academics as well as student interest in learning.

The GrapeSEED Companion Student App is a Dynamic Instrument in Learning



GrapeSEED students perform REP using the companion Student App. The Student App supplements English learning inside the classroom with repeated exposure and with practice outside of the classroom. With the Student App, students can practice English concepts anytime and perform their REP using built-in screen time management for guidance. After each Unit, students are asked 'Show What You Know' questions to gauge their understanding in a fun, encouraging manner.


Accessible via the web or via download from the Apple and Google Play Stores, the GrapeSEED Student App includes the following features:

REP Playlist


Playlists present content in an order that corresponds to what students learn in the classroom. Through the playlists, students can:


  • Interact with stories, songs, activities, and other components that they are familiar with to stay better engaged


  • Play and complete playlists within 20 minutes


  • Receive motivating rewards such as badges and fun puzzles as they complete their practice


Talk Time


The Talk Time feature offers intuitive AI-guided conversation practice with a friendly digital conversation partner, like one of GrapeSEED`s many beloved characters. Talk Time allows students to:


  • Interact with the AI conversation partner in a friendly, age-appropriate manner


  • Practice speaking in a comfortable, safe environment


  • Become exposed to important language concepts addressed in each Unit


  • Experience how their responses determine the direction of the conversation

Content Library



The library is the digital repository of all audio and video content used in the classroom. Students can:


  • Listenin or view REP content anytime, anywhere


  • Replay, pause, fast forward, or rewind any library content


  • Review their favorite content to reinforce learning
